Our history

We have been involved in our success story since 2011. That was when we embarked on our greatest adventure ever. We placed the bar very high from the outset, aiming to create the best gourmet burger ever!

In the space of three years we have opened 3 restaurants and over the coming five months there are another 4 in the pipeline. In other words... we’re growing fast!

Naturally we couldn’t do that without our customers or our staff. And we very much want to continue developing this tasty relationship. We currently employ about 30 people.

Working at Ellis Gourmet Burger means being part of a unique restaurant concept in which you give your customers the desire to come back again. The employees in our team are also given the room they need to come up with ideas. They can also benefit from a wide range of training courses and development opportunities.
